B WELL is my passion project where I share my love for healthy food, wellness, and living a balanced life. After nearly a decade as a CEO in a high-pressure environment, I left behind the corporate grind to focus on creating a lifestyle that nourishes my body, mind, and soul. This blog is all about simple, wholesome foods that make you feel good—whether that’s a vibrant salad or, yes, the occasional treat.

But beyond that, I have a deep concern for food waste. That's why I aim to integrate sustainable practices into everyday cooking and help others optimize their food consumption while minimizing waste.
